Online Shopping Exchange and Return Policy
At Rubber Time, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with your purchases.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
However, please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and packaging still intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: To submit your return or exchange request, please contact us at hello@rubber-time.com.
Step 2: Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at the provided address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items.
Step 3: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund or exchange status.
If approved, your refund will be processed, or your new item will be shipped.
3. Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 30 business days
after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible
for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the same return process.
Once the returned item is received, the replacement will be shipped to you.
Shipping Fees for Exchanges: You will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with both returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or process a refund.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer-Paid Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return.
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Cancellations
Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team within 30 minutes after placing an order.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped, but you can initiate a return after receiving the product.
8. International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeframe, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
